Last year, a repetitive routine of chronic cardio done in a futile attempt to burn off an overconsumption of calories, led me to be thirty pounds heavier with a stress fracture in my pubic ramus and tendinitis in my left ankle. I came to the tough realization that I needed to improve my unhealthy eating habits and overcome my exercise addiction.
