With nearly a decade in the fitness industry, Mike Marchese continues to refine a progressive training methodology. Through a combination of calisthenics, traditional strength training, and preventative exercise, his programming can be scaled to meet any fitness level.  Mike believes that his emphasis on goal orientation, exercise priority, and effective communication are cornerstones to his clienteles success.

Mike’s passion for body-weight training has lead to his affiliation with the World Calisthenic Organization as an Elite Coach and project manager. Over the past 3 years, he’s had the honor of leading workshops & clinics locally and abroad to hundreds of coaches & enthusiasts.

Along with his role as fitness professional, Mike has taken on a role as a web & mobile application developer. His most recent project The Daily BAR, focuses on giving fitness professionals and calisthenics enthusiasts.
